Campbell

Stephanie Campbell is a mother, wife, and educator who believes that students, parents, and citizens of Chatham County deserve better.

Born and raised in Savannah, Stephanie graduated from the University of Georgia and earned her master’s degree from the Medical College of Georgia (MCG). After working at Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia and Yale University Medical Center as a pediatric emergency nurse, Stephanie returned home to teach Health Science students at Virginia College and South University.

A longtime volunteer in her church and our community, Stephanie believes that all children deserve the opportunity to learn, grow, and thrive. On the Savannah/Chatham County School Board, she will work to boost literacy rates, enhance safety standards, and ensure fiscal transparency and accountability.

Academic excellence should be the standard in Chatham County. On the Board, Stephanie will upend the status quo, empower parents, and ensure that every student – regardless of their zip code – has the opportunity to reach their full, God-given potential.

Stephanie is married to Dr. Chris Campbell, an Emergency Room physician at Memorial Hospital. The couple has four children, Ashlyn (18), Emma (17), Katie (14), and Violet (9), and attends First Presbyterian Church in Pooler.
